Campanelli developed a cannabis grow facility in the Campanelli Business Park of Uxbridge, MA for Cultivate. The building is a mixed use facility composed of two independent structures. The processing building has a total floor area of approximately 74,164 SF. Building 1 is an Agricultural Greenhouse approximately 53, 066 SF. The Production House consists of approximately 21,098 SF, and will be used for production and offices.
