Developer Seefried Industrial Properties Breaks Ground on Build-to-Suit for Victory Packaging
Campanelli Construction, a full-service construction management company, today announced that it has broken ground on a new, 250,000-square-foot (SF) warehouse and distribution center for North American packaging solutions and distribution giant Victory Packaging in Bellingham, Massachusetts. Campanelli Construction is serving as General Contractor on this project, which is being developed by Seefried Industrial Properties (Seefried).
To construct the build-to-suit, Seefried purchased 56.52 acres of land earlier this year from HCRI Massachusetts Properties, Trust II. Avison Young Principals Todd Mason and Jeff Lindenberger and Associate Andrea Gardner, based in the company’s Houston, TX office, collaborated with Boston-based Principal Kevin P. Malloy to represent Victory and Seefried in the sale transaction. Andrew Sacher, partner of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc., represented the seller on the land sale.
Anticipated building delivery is September 2015. The site is located near the intersection of High Street and Maple Street, approximately two miles from Route 495. Upon completion, the single-story building will serve as an operations and distribution center for Victory Packaging in New England.
Seefried Industrial Properties, established in 1984, specializes in the development and management of industrial real estate throughout the United States. Devoted to its customers’ needs, Seefried has a long-standing reputation of delivering excellence through efficient and economical solutions.
Campanelli Construction is excited to partner with Seefried on this exciting new project. “Having built over 20 million square feet of industrial and office space in the past two decades, facilities like this latest for Victory Packaging have become our bread and butter, and we are pleased to have been selected by Seefried, with their history of success developing industrial parks and distribution centers, as Construction Manager on this latest endeavor,” remarked Jeff DeMarco, President of Campanelli Construction.
